For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leadership role will shape software engineering strategy and guide the delivery of enterprise technology solutions that support healthcare operations. The position will bring together architecture, cloud-native platforms, and advanced AI capabilities to improve scalability, efficiency, and business outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align technical direction with organizational goals while building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. This role also emphasizes responsible innovation, including the thoughtful application of generative AI and ethical principles across the development lifecycle.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually
