This role is ideal for a motivated and curious professional who wants to grow their expertise at the intersection of business processes, technology, and emerging AI tools. You will support enterprise systems, including Salesforce and related business applications, while learning to leverage agentic AI to optimize workflows and automate processes. Working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to process improvements, system administration, QA, and documentation. Base pay range

$97,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to support administration and optimization of Salesforce and other business applications
• Assist in requirements gathering, process discovery, documentation, and solution design to develop analytical and technical skills
• Participate in systems configuration, user and permission management, data management, and routine administration tasks
• Support QA, troubleshooting, and testing for automations, integrations, and system enhancements
• Contribute to documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Assist with implementation and improvement initiatives, including change management and end-user training
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency
• Learn and implement agentic AI solutions to automate and optimize business system processes, progressively taking ownership of AI-driven workflow enhancements

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce administration, including foundational understanding of Sales Cloud and related tools
• Some experience with QA/UAT, user and permission management, and collaborative support of business systems
• Strong desire to develop as a business analyst, systems administrator, and AI practitioner
• Curiosity, creativity, and comfort learning new technologies; willingness to experiment with AI-driven processes
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data management; experience with bulk data loader tools is a plus
• Ability to handle routine problems independently, ask clarifying questions, and navigate ambiguity with a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear documentation and proactively share context
• Interest in building productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and power users
