The role partners with executives to balance near-term delivery with long-term platform health and to scale engineering through people development and disciplined execution.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technology delivery.
• 5+ years leading managers and multi-team programs.
• Proven experience with LLM-powered systems and enterprise data integration.
• Strong hiring, coaching, and performance management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will guide the architecture and delivery of customer-facing technology platforms with a strong emphasis on AI enablement, security, and governance. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to balance near-term delivery needs with long-term platform health, while strengthening engineering quality across the portfolio. In addition, this leader will shape how engineering teams scale through people development, cross-functional planning, and disciplined execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $207,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities
