In this position, you will partner with business, operations, analytics, and technical teams to shape outcomes that improve adoption, performance, and measurable value, using data-driven insights and industry awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, customer success, managed services, or tech account management.
• 5+ years with enterprise customer experience platforms or similar solutions.
• Expertise in social listening, reporting/analytics, API integrations, workflow automation, and data visualization.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role serves as a strategic advisor to enterprise stakeholders, helping translate evolving business priorities into scalable technology solutions. The position partners closely with business, operations, analytics, and technical teams to shape outcomes that improve adoption, performance, and measurable value. It also requires a consultative mindset, executive presence, and the ability to anticipate future needs through data-driven insights and industry awareness.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,000 – $223,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated trusted advisor for enterprise stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across business, operations, analytics, and technical teams
