Ladders is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer, West to partner with customers, uncover business challenges, shape AI-powered enterprise solutions, and demonstrate value through proof-of-value engagements.

In this remote role, you will lead consultative discovery, translate operational needs into scalable configurations, and guide ROI workshops while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align solution design, integrations, and measurable outcomes with customer goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles including pre-sales in enterprise software
• Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture (SIP, SBCs, ACDs, IVRs)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs/SLMs
• Experience with real-time systems and SaaS architecture, CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and business audiences
• Consultative mindset with a track record of influencing stakeholders
• Fast learner and self-starter in high-growth, collaborative environments

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer, West to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with prospective and existing customers to uncover business challenges, shape technical solutions, and demonstrate the value of advanced AI-powered enterprise software. You will lead consultative discovery, translate operational needs into scalable configurations, and guide proof-of-value engagements that help organizations improve performance and realize measurable outcomes. The position is highly cross-functional, working with business and technical stakeholders to align solution design, integrations, and ROI to customer goals.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $220,000 – $275,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner to uncover customer business objectives and operational challenges

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly large and small language models (LLMs, SLMs)
• Experience with real-time systems, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and SaaS architecture
• Ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to technical and business audiences
• Consultative mindset with a track record of leading strategic conversations and influencing stakeholders
• Fast learner and self-starter who thrives in high-growth, collaborative environments
