Zonda is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Virtual/Utour Sales to drive growth in Builder Listings Services and digital solutions. The role supports a remote, full-time engagement with a focus on building relationships with homebuilders and developers in Greater Minneapolis or Chicago.

The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years in listings/advertising, SaaS experience, and proven ability to close deals while managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales (BD/outside sales).
• Experience selling to VP/Director level in new home industry."
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and revenue for Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Arrange 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly; maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from intro to close.
• Conduct in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships.
• Travel within territory and industry conventions as needed.
• Present listings and digital solution products at events.
