Job summary

Sustainment in Austin, TX is seeking a proven BDR/SDR leader to build and manage the top‑of‑funnel team. You will shape sequencing, messaging, and ramp plans, partner with RevOps on the stack, and align with AE leadership on ICP and target accounts.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with coaching duties, monthly travel to Austin for meetings and events, and a hybrid work setup. You will hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs, establish performance standards, and drive a scalable outbound system that

Qualifications

5+ years managing BDR/SDR teams.
Experience scaling a BDR/SDR function with coaching, sequencing and campaign infrastructure.
B2B SaaS experience.
Experience running an integrated outbound stack end to end.
Outbound motions aligned to ICP and named target accounts with AEs.

Responsibilities

Lead day-one management of the BDR team with coaching and performance accountability.
Design sequencing strategy, messaging, call frameworks and ramp playbooks.
Collaborate with RevOps to architect and measure the tech stack.
Align with AE leadership on rep behavior and accountability.
Partner with marketing to convert campaigns into pipeline.
Hire, onboard and ramp additional BDRs as needed.
Provide strategic input on demand and pipeline strategy.
