Job summary

Sustainment is seeking a leader to build and run the BDR function in Austin, with hybrid work and ~50% travel to Austin for meetings and events. You will coach existing BDRs, design sequences, ramp plans, and a repeatable outbound playbook, and partner with RevOps to optimize the stack.

This is a leadership role with no personal quota, focused on the performance of the team and its pipeline. You will collaborate with marketing and growth to convert events into meetings, hire and ramp new BDRs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading BDR/SDR teams.
• Experience building coaching, sequencing and campaign infrastructure.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience running outbound stack end to end (sequence, CRM, dialer, intent data, call intelligence).
• Experience aligning outbound to ICP and named accounts with AEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-one management of the BDR team, including coaching, ramp plans and performance reviews.
• Shape sequencing, messaging, call frameworks and ramp playbooks for faster productive hires.
• Architect how the stack is configured and measured with RevOps.
• Align BDRs with AEs against ICP and target accounts to drive pipeline.
