Job summary

AfterShip is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and scale the outbound engine in North America, based in Utah. The role manages 6–8 BDRs, drives pipeline, and partners with Marketing for target lists and follow-up standards. It’s a hands-on leadership position requiring in-person presence in Lehi, 4–5 days a week.

You will coach on calls, rewrite sequences, and uphold a high activity and quality bar while building scalable processes for outbound success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing a BDR or SDR team.
• SaaS experience required; ecommerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 BDRs.
• Own the outbound pipeline for North America; forecast meetings and opportunities weekly.
• Maintain activity and quality standards across dials, emails, and social touches.
• Run daily call blocks and live coaching; conduct weekly 1:1s.
• Refine outbound sequences, talk tracks, and objections by vertical with Marketing.
