Storm4 is recruiting a Director of Battery Asset Management to lead the BESS portfolio's performance, maintenance, and commercial operations. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement to maximize fleet availability and value.

You will manage O&M contracts, warranties, and OEM relations, while developing a scalable asset management function and leading a growing team in a rapidly expanding clean energy platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical BESS experience and systems knowledge.
• Hands-on battery and inverter troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience with O&M/LTSAs, OEM warranties, and maintenance programs.
• Understanding of battery markets, dispatch, settlements and commercial operations.
• Leadership experience with people management and budget ownership.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and three-line diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Own BESS fleet performance, availability, dispatch, and maintenance.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, OEM engagement, warranties, and corrective actions.
• Develop monitoring, reporting, KPI, and escalation frameworks.
• Negotiate and manage O&M agreements and LTSAs.
• Oversee battery safety, compliance, operating budgets, and contractors.
• Build and lead the battery asset management team as the portfolio scales.
