Lightshift Energy in Arlington, VA seeks an Asset Manager to own a portfolio of operating BESS projects, ensuring commercial, financial, and technical performance from COD through end of life. You will safeguard contract obligations, budgets, and warranties while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role covers commercial, financial, and technical oversight, with travel 15–25% and a focus on driving performance and value across the asset portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, or related field required.
• 3+ years in renewable energy asset management, project finance, or operations.
• Knowledge of tax equity structures (partnership flip) and ITC rules.
• Experience administering commercial contracts (offtake, O&M, interconnection, leases).

Responsabilidades

• Administer project agreements after COD and manage contracts and insurance.
• Maintain a covenant and obligations register for each project.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for offtakers, landowners, and host communities.
• Coordinate dispatch and operating plans to stay within warranty limits.
• Manage permits, regulatory compliance, and insurance renewals.
