Fin, now part of Salesforce, is building the future of AI-powered customer experiences. The Director of Solutions will lead a team of solution marketers to shape messaging, assets, and field activation that drive Fin's ARR and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compelling, differentiated messaging for enterprise buyers across sectors and channels.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product marketing or solutions marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• 4+ years as a manager leading product or solution marketers.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and AI-native or AI-centric companies.
• A proven track record of success across organizations you've worked at.

• Lead the solutions marketing team and align messaging with audience needs.
• Collaborate with product marketing, product, and field to activate revenue teams.
