Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join our vibrant Customer Solutions Team. You’ll engage directly with customers as their trusted advisor, defining and demonstrating value across the entire sales cycle, with a focus on AI powered solutions.

You’ll partner with Product, R&D, and Engineering to translate complex business challenges into Fin solutions, lead technical discovery and POCs, and respond to RFPs while safeguarding security requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical sales role with C-level relationships.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical value.
• Experience leading technical discovery and presenting value propositions.
• Experience drafting and reviewing RFPs and security questions.
• Able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences by articulating our value and technical expertise.
• Conduct value-based reviews and technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs showcasing Fin's capabilities.
• Serve as primary resource for RFPs and security questions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback.
• Build trust with customers with empathy and curiosity.
• Contribute to a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook.
• Ensure customer success and lasting value.
