Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business strategy.
• Experience with hardware, software, and services pricing models (subscription, consumption-based, perpetual licensing).
• Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and pricing elasticity methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco’s AI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pricing and packaging solutions.
• Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis, and market research to optimize monetization models.
• Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing strategies.
• Partner with the broader team to build scalable pricing tools and capabilities.
• Expertise with value-based drivers and competitive pricing within the AI space.
• Proven track record of working with product/sales on monetization initiatives.
• Drive alignment with senior leaders across finance, product, renewal strategy and sales.
