Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a dynamic Director of Pricing (PM) to own pricing and monetization for its AI portfolio, spanning hardware and software. You will lead global pricing strategies, collaborate with product, finance, and sales, and shape monetization models in a fast-evolving AI market.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Pricing and Strategy, you will drive annual pricing reviews, benchmark trends, and implement value-based pricing that aligns with Cisco’s platform strategy and business

Qualifications

12+ years in pricing strategy, revenue management or business strategy in tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or consulting.
Experience with hardware, software, and services pricing models (subscription, consumption-based, perpetual).
Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and pricing elasticity methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience with pricing and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco AI products.
Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to deliver pricing solutions.
Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis and market research.
Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing strategies.
Partner with teams to build scalable pricing tools and capabilities.
Drive alignment with SVPs across finance, product, renewal strategy and sales.
