Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a dynamic Director of Pricing (PM) to own pricing and monetization for its AI portfolio, spanning hardware and software. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Pricing and Strategy, you will shape value capture in a fast-changing market with emphasis on innovation and disciplined execution.

You will lead pricing reviews, collaborate with product/sales, and drive monetization initiatives across the organization to enable scalable pricing models and sustained growth.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of pricing strategy, revenue management, or business strategy experience in tech/SaaS/consulting.
• Experience with hardware, software, and services pricing (subscription, consumption-based, perpetual).
• Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and pricing elasticity methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing and analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco’s AI products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to deliver pricing and packaging solutions.
• Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis, and market research to optimize monetization.
• Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing strategies.
• Partner with the team to build scalable pricing tools and capabilities.
• Engage with senior leadership on monetization initiatives across product/solutions.
