Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Director, AI Infrastructure Strategic Partnerships to accelerate growth by shaping executive relationships with hyperscalers, data centers and AI technology partners. You will translate market intelligence into opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive joint initiatives that capture AI infrastructure demand.

This role requires strategic influence, a focus on revenue growth, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or strategic sales.
8+ years in telecommunications, cloud, data center or digital infrastructure.
3+ years engaging hyperscalers, Neoclouds, data center operators or adjacent AI infrastructure ecosystems.
5+ years of cross-functional leadership and executive influence.

Responsibilities

Build and manage executive partnerships with strategic players across AI infrastructure.
Identify early opportunities through partner intelligence, infrastructure planning and customer roadmaps.
Integrate partner insights into account planning with Sales and product teams.
Coordinate resources from multiple functions around strategic opportunities.
Design partnership structures and co-build initiatives to enhance market access for AI infrastructure.
Convert relationships into qualified opportunities and partner-driven demand.
Provide market intelligence on AI campuses, data center development and network requirements.
