Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Director of HR Systems, Operations & AI Enablement in Boston to lead our HR platforms, operations, and governance. You will shape the technology roadmap, oversee global HR processes, and partner with Legal, Security, and Analytics to ensure secure, scalable, AI-enabled HR services.

You will manage a senior team, collaborate across HR leadership and IT, and drive adoption of automated solutions while delivering measurable improvements in experience, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across HR systems and HR operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing people and leading through a first-line manager.
• Hands-on depth in SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central and at least two other modules.
• Experience with HR data security, access models, and vendor management for HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own HR platforms and delivery, including SuccessFactors and related integrations with Finance and IT.
• Build multi-year technology roadmap and manage intake practices for system initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions and publish operation measures (first-contact resolution, self-service adoption).
• Develop service framework with tiered support and routing between self-service, specialists, and external partners.
• Oversee governance, security, privacy, and data analytics collaboration with Legal and Security teams.
• Set AI strategy for HR tech, simplify processes, and report on adoption and impact.
• Grow and mentor the team of analysts and coordination with outsourced administration partners.
