Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product management, commercialization, business development, HR, workforce transformation, or AI-enabled delivery.
• 5+ years advising enterprise HR leaders or C-suite executives.
• 5+ years in core HR domains: planning, talent, learning, performance, compensation, or analytics.
• 3+ years in business development, pricing, revenue forecasting, or translating AI tech into offerings.
• 2+ years with AI/ML capabilities, cloud, and HR data architectures.
• 1+ years applying responsible AI, privacy, fairness, and oversight.
• Willing to travel 30–40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled HR market strategies, roadmaps, and business plans.
• Build relationships with CHROs and senior leaders to identify opportunities across HR domains.
• Lead proposals, presentations, and sales pursuits to offer scalable AI solutions.
• Advise executives on AI strategy, governance, and value realization.
• Incorporate responsible AI, privacy, bias mitigation, and ethics into solutions.
• Coordinate initiatives across product, data science, HR, legal, and compliance.
• Shape HR data strategy and ensure integration with enterprise tech.
• Track pipeline, revenue, pricing, product adoption, and client satisfaction.
