Job summary

Airbus Commercial is seeking an HR AI Solutions and Governance Lead to join our HR Digital team in Herndon, Virginia. This senior technical position will design and govern state-of-the-art AI solutions that transform HR operations, enabling scalable automation and compliant governance across North America.

You will lead the architecture of HR agent workflows, set AI governance standards, and collaborate with HR, Digital, Audit and Legal teams to ensure ethical and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years in a technical role, preferably data science or ML.
• At least 2 years in model governance, AI ethics, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end architecture of HR agent workflows.
• Implement robust AI model governance frameworks.
• Uphold ethical standards and compliance across all HR AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align HR strategies with technical execution.
• Safeguard data integrity and privacy in automated processes.
• Leverage modern AI tools to optimize compliance operations.
