Job summary

Humanoid, a Boston-based robotics company, is seeking an HR Manager to lead People Operations for US employees. You will partner with Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders to design and implement HR strategies, manage performance, and guide growth as the team scales.

You will own the employee lifecycle, administer benefits, coordinate payroll inputs, and maintain accurate HR data across systems. The role emphasizes analytics, compliance, and a proactive approach to evolving leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven HRBP experience supporting technical teams (Engineering, Hardware, Software, AI/ML).
• Experience partnering with managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Strong capability in org design, workforce planning, and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer US benefits, payroll inputs, and respond to employee queries.
• Maintain data in HRIS (HiBob) and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Partner with Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders as HRBP.
• Coach managers on goals, cadence, and feedback loops.
• Develop career frameworks and promotion readiness for technical roles.
• Support complex employee relations and ensure fair resolution.
