Bright Horizons is seeking an Executive Director, People Intelligence & Technology to lead enterprise HRIS, People Intelligence, and analytics initiatives from our Newton, MA headquarters. This hybrid role requires onsite work three days per week and oversees a comprehensive HR tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IS/Business or related field; 3+ years equivalent experience accepted.
• 10 years progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, analytics, and HR operations.
• 7 years leadership experience managing HRIS, analytics, reporting, and technology teams.
• 5 years advanced Workday experience including configuration oversight, security, reporting, processes, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year people technology and analytics roadmap aligned to HRLT priorities and workforce strategy.
• Provide enterprise leadership for HRIS, People Intelligence, analytics, reporting, integrations, data governance, and HR tech capabilities.
• Lead HRIS administration, people analytics, reporting, integrations, data governance and platform enablement.
• Direct development and delivery of workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for strategic decisions.
• Establish enterprise standards for HR data governance, data quality, reporting consistency, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to translate needs into scalable tech and analytics solutions.
• Identify and advance automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, service delivery, platform performance, and investment planning.
