Job summary

Synapse Health is seeking a Director of HR Systems & Total Rewards to mature our HR technology stack and lead compensation strategy. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to build scalable frameworks and empower People Partners with tools, processes, and governance.

You will also shape AI enablement, streamline workflows, and drive a shared services model that supports scalable operations while ensuring a strong employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CCP certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Ops, HRIS, or Total Rewards, including HR technology platforms.
• Direct experience with compensation strategy, analysis, or program management (banding, benchmarking, pay equity).
• Proven ability to lead system implementations, configurations, or major HRIS transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for maturing the HR technology stack, including the HRIS and adjacent tools.
• Lead AI enablement across the People team and collaborate with leadership on compensation strategy.
• Oversee compensation analysis including benchmarking, pay equity, banding, and structure.
