Panorama Education seeks a Director of People Operations & Systems to own the People technology ecosystem, payroll governance, data integrity, and lifecycle operations. You will lead a modern HR tech environment, build scalable workflows, and partner across Finance, IT, Legal, Security, Talent, and People leadership to drive AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of progressive People Operations or HR tech experience.
Strong payroll governance and multi-state knowledge.
Experience leading HRIS implementations and modern HR technology transformations.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology ecosystem and roadmap, including HRIS governance, integrations, access, and vendor performance.
Lead payroll capability and provide senior oversight of payroll operations, with accuracy and audit readiness.
Manage the payroll team and review controls, multi-state requirements, and high‑risk situations.
Develop scalable dashboards and self‑service reporting for leaders on headcount, hiring, turnover, and compensation.
Redesign payroll and reporting workflows as automation matures and governance strengthens.
