Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Principal, AI Organization Transformation, to drive design and implementation of AI-driven organization, work, and role transformation across the enterprise. The role combines hands-on organization design with deep AI fluency, translating AI capabilities into practical workforce changes.

Reporting to the HR Director of AI Organization Transformation, you will lead a cross-functional pod, own end-to-end design and implementation, and partner with Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organization development, human resources, industrial and organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in hands-on enterprise transformation, organizational design, HR strategy or management consulting.
• Demonstrated depth in organization and operating-model design and job, work and skills architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational redesign analyses and design efforts for functions undergoing AI-driven transformation.
• Apply task-level decomposition to break roles into discrete tasks and assess AI augmentation opportunities.
• Design new AI-era roles and job families with clear accountabilities and competency profiles.
• Maintain fluency in AI trends and translate capabilities into role and workforce implications.
