Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Customer Engineering to scale the CE organization across regions, define strategic direction, and drive revenue growth with AI-augmented workflows. You will lead multiple CE teams, partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and own regional forecasting and account planning.

You will shape the GTM strategy, coach the CE leadership, and ensure a high-performance, AI-enabled CE engine that delivers exceptional outcomes for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical go-to-market roles leading teams in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Experience owning revenue targets at scale.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-levels.
• Leadership of multi-regional teams.
• Fluency in two or three technical areas (DNS, security, networking, AI).

Responsibilities

• Organizational Leadership across a multi-team CE organization.
• Own regional CE numbers and forecasts.
• Shape GTM strategy and execution with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Coach CE managers and set leadership standards.
• Build AI-augmented workflows and dashboards.
• Represent CE in executive forums, roadmaps and enablement planning.
• Drive cross-functional influence and customer engagement.
