• 5+ years leading quota-carrying customer-facing tech teams in SaaS/cloud.
• Architectural mindset capable of white-boarding complex enterprise designs.
• Excellent consultative and advisory communication.
• Revenue forecasting and enterprise sales understanding.
• Strong leadership and coaching for team growth.
• Proficiency with AI-augmented workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a diverse CE team.
• Manage pipeline, forecast new business and expansion.
• Drive account planning with cross-functional partners.

• Ensure efficient GTM processes and dashboards.
• Champion AI agent adoption to reduce toil.
