Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing for the National Center with home-based work available. You will lead strategy and execution for commercialization of AI-enabled content and EHR partnerships, guiding cross-functional teams to scalable growth and enterprise deals.

Responsibilities include defining licensing strategy, negotiating agreements, coordinating with product/legal/tech, and overseeing customer success to drive ongoing sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health‑IT–adjacent organizations with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define alliance and licensing strategy.
• Negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements.
• Coordinate cross functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption.
• Oversee customer success team to ensure ongoing sales.
