Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing to lead the strategy and execution for AI-enabled content commercialization and EHR partnership efforts from our National Center. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, and technology teams to drive scalable growth and adoption.

Based at our Dallas, Texas headquarters with home-based work options, the director will guide licensing strategy, partnerships, and enterprise deals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT-adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements
• Coordinating cross functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption
• Oversee customer success team to ensuring ongoing sales.
