Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing to lead strategy and execution for AI-enabled content commercialization and EHR partnerships. This role will drive alliance development, licensing negotiation, and cross-functional coordination with product, legal, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health‑IT–adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function.

Responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements
• Coordinating cross functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption
• Oversee customer success team to ensuring ongoing sales
