Job summary

Farther Finance, LLC is seeking a Director on the Advisor Business Development team to source and convert experienced financial advisors into opportunities. You will build and own pipelines, manage engagements, and guide the recruiting cycle from discovery through signed agreements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or BD, a proven outbound pipeline, and the ability to work with sophisticated buyers through lengthy sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience with a consistent quota record.
• Built pipeline through outbound efforts, including cold outreach.
• Experience selling to sophisticated buyers through multi-month cycles.
• Motivated by a high-velocity, high-commission structure and clear career goals.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage established advisors and teams through outbound, referrals, and own network.
• Develop early conversations into qualified opportunities and book meetings with decision makers.
• Understand each advisor's practice economics, growth goals, and client base; tailor Farther narrative accordingly.
• Grow to own the full recruiting cycle, from platform demos to signed agreements, proving track record.
