Job summary

Farther is seeking a Director on our Advisor Business Development team in Dallas to build relationships with experienced financial advisors and guide them from first conversation to signed agreement. This is a senior, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in long sales cycles with sophisticated buyers.

You will source and engage established advisors, own the recruiting cycle, tailor the Farther story to each practice, and partner with transitions and operations to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience with quota attainment.
• Experience building pipeline through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, lengthy sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage established advisors and teams through outbound, referrals, and network.
• Own the full recruiting cycle from discovery to signed agreements.
• Understand advisor practice economics and tailor the Farther story.
• Partner with transitions, operations and exec teams for smooth onboarding.
• Forecast and meet annual AUM targets with accuracy.
