Farther is seeking an Associate on our Advisor Business Development team to start conversations with financial advisors and move them from first call to signed. This high-volume outbound role rewards those who own their numbers and want to grow in a fast-scaling fintech.

As part of the Advisor Development team, you will run discovery calls, build your own pipeline, and collaborate with seniors to close deals, all while meeting monthly activity and pipeline targets and earning uncapped

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Enjoys cold calling and building pipeline from scratch.
• Motivated by variable compensation with clear career goals.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, keeping the CRM clean and your forecast honest.
• Run discovery calls to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing.
• Partner with senior teammates to move qualified advisors toward a signed agreement.
• Hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets.
