Ladders is seeking a Director, Advanced Capabilities, Commercial L&D to shape enterprise learning governance and scalable capability models for commercial teams. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives, secure resources, and drive adoption.

The ideal candidate blends instructional design, project leadership, and measurement to improve business acumen and long-term capability building. Remote work and strong leadership are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in L&D or equivalent leadership experience.
• Master's/MBA with 10+ years in L&D leadership.
• PhD with 8+ years in governance or capable development leadership.

Mansioni

• Govern learning and development processes and build scalable models for multiple business units.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align priorities and secure resources for capability initiatives.
• Develop learning pathways and resources to strengthen business acumen and strategic relationships.
• Design reinforcement activities and performance support tools to support sustained learning application.
• Establish metrics and evaluation methods to measure capability adoption and business outcomes.
• Partner with Learning Operations to support program administration and execution.
• Incorporate emerging technologies and digital solutions to enhance capability development.
