Ladders is seeking an Associate Director Learning Experience & Platforms to drive the learning technology strategy across the organization. The role focuses on platform governance and modernization, balancing LMS operations with transformation efforts to improve scalability and business alignment.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate learning needs into effective technology solutions and evaluate emerging tools that support future growth in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS implementation or transformation.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone, Docebo, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex digital ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for the Learning Management System (LMS)
