Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Texas is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional. You will be trained to sell supplemental insurance products to small and mid-size businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers and sometimes presenting to groups.

You will use our Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and grow your own client portfolio. The role offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (within 6 months of degree eligible).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
