Bridgewell in Topsfield, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist people with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities in daily living and community activities. You will provide training, supervision, and compassionate support in residential settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or 5+ years in the role), strong communication and organization skills, computer literacy, and a valid US driver’s license with driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in the same role preferred.
• Experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and skills training in activities of daily living.
• Support residents with decisions to foster independence.
• Administer medications as required and maintain documentation.
• Maintain safety and complete required certifications and training.
• Engage guardians and stakeholders and participate in staff meetings.
