Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 5+ years in the same role.
• Preferred: at least 1 year working with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and skills training.
• Maintain daily progress notes and shift documentation.
• Transport and accompany clients to medical, recreational, and other activities.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations where applicable.
• Develop relationships with guardians and stakeholders.
