Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Direct Support Professional in Massachusetts to assist individuals with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential and community settings. You will implement daily living skills training, support independence, and document progress under regulatory standards.

Role includes medication administration per MAP rules, shift work, and coordination with guardians and staff. Requires valid US driver’s license and ability to drive a van.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in the same role preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organization and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency web tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living skills training and supervision in residential settings.
• Support people to develop independence and make decisions.
• Administer medications as required and maintain documentation.
• Transport and accompany people to activities; ensure safety and reports.
