Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience.
• Experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist people in activities of daily living during the day, evening, and overnight hours as assigned.
• Create opportunities for people to develop skills and independence.
• Provide services per regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Support people with medical, clinical, and financial needs.
• Transport and accompany individuals to activities outside the program.
