Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking caregivers in Russellville, AR to support clients with daily living activities, transportation, and social integration. You will follow care plans, update daily logs, and help ensure client safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication administration, and meal planning, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality service.

Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees

• Understands and endorses ICM’s mission and vision

• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education)
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications

Required

High School or better.

Experience

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older

At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency

OR two years of verifiable successful history working with persons with developmental disabilities.

Valid AR Driver's License

Valid Auto Insurance
