Job summary

ICM is seeking compassionate home care aides in Fayetteville, AR to provide daily living support, including bathing, meal planning, medication reminders, and transportation coordination.

You will document each shift, monitor safety, and collaborate with families and health professionals to promote independence and quality of life. A high school diploma and AR driver’s license with auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency, or two years with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid AR Driver's License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HIPAA compliance and willingness to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help with daily activities.

• Arrange transportation for appointments and errands; provide companionship.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
