Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and medication support.
• Assist with appointments and transportation planning, acting as a companion.
• Monitor safety and observe conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Document daily activities and shift updates in the online system.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and comply with SOPs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
