Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities, meals, medication reminders, and transportation coordination. You will document each shift’s activities and ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma or higher, 18+ years old, and a valid AR driver's license with insurance. Candidates should be reliable, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
