Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Arkansas seeks compassionate in-home care aides to support clients with daily living activities, transportation, meal planning, medication reminders, and personal care.

You will document daily shifts via an online platform, monitor safety and medication administration, coordinate with families and clinical teams, and uphold HIPAA and company policies.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
