ICM is seeking dedicated caregivers in Arkansas to provide quality in-home care, including daily living support, transportation assistance, and coordination of health-related activities. You will document shift updates and ensure client safety, while maintaining compassionate, professional care standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and possess a valid AR driver’s license and auto insurance.

Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees

• Understands and endorses ICM’s mission and vision

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education)
