Job summary

Ultipro is seeking compassionate care professionals to assist clients with daily activities, appointments, and safety within a community setting. You will document daily shift activities and support clients’ goals for improved living quality.

The role requires at least an high school diploma, 18+ years old, and valid AR driver’s license with auto insurance. Prior experience in public health or human services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency.
• OR two years of verifiable successful history working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care, direction, and help with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, medication) and household tasks.
• Assist customers with appointments and transportation; serve as a companion.
• Help customers achieve goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily shift updates in an online system.
• Observe conditions and monitor surroundings for safety and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
