Job summary

ICM Inc in North Little Rock, AR seeks compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily activities, medication reminders, and transportation coordination. You will document daily progress and communicate with supervisors to ensure quality of life and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appointments and transportation; serve as a companion.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities via online platform.
• Observe client condition and surroundings to ensure safety and success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
