Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living, skill development, health monitoring, and transportation to appointments or activities.

This field-based position requires flexibility, adherence to care plans, and accurate documentation in EVV systems. A valid driver's license and strong communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or direct support for IDD helpful.
• Ability to document care activities accurately in EVV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support per care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and safety.
• Support community inclusion and employment/vocational activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with HIPAA and regs.
