Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will support daily living activities, skill development, health and safety monitoring, and community participation while promoting independence and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and the ability to follow care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency required (spoken and written).
• Experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and transportation.
• Monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being; maintain documentation.
• Follow individualized service plans and participate in trainings.
